Terms of Service
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Effective October 17, 2026. These terms cover the game portal at thedivineparadox.com and its browser games.
Using the portal
You may browse the portal and play available games for personal use. Games may be works in progress; descriptions and availability may change as development continues.
Fair use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate the rights of others. Respect the rights attached to game code, artwork, music, and other materials.
Accounts and local data
The current portal does not require an account to enter a game. Optional Google sign-in connects one account across all games. Browser settings and any existing local game records belong to that browser and may be lost if its site data is cleared; supported game progress can also be linked to your account and resumed on another device after synchronization.
External services
Google sign-in, when used, and external GitHub Sponsors pages are subject to their providers’ own terms and privacy notices. Opening a sponsor link takes you to GitHub; this portal does not process a sponsorship payment.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep the portal usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of browser data. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Questions about these terms can be sent to wonyoungchoiseoul@gmail.com.
